comfortable beds good breakfast helpful staff

i stayed near the train station and metro. getting around was easy. the beds were comfortable and the breakfast buffet was good. the front desk was manned 24/7 by helpful staff.

the bathroom had glass walls, there was almost zero privacy.

Acceptable Location , but Disappointing Room Design

awkward room design limited privacy

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station.

The room design felt awkward. The bathroom and toilet layout seemed poorly planned , and there was limited privacy. The stuffiness was also an issue , as there was no air conditioning , and the window offered little breeze due to a metal mesh covering most of it.

i found the location really convenient. the train station was nearby (it was a short walk). the breakfast area offered a fabulous view. the shower had excellent pressure.

i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the train station.. it made travel very easy. the free metro travel cards were also a great benefit, with access to the city center. the staff provided excellent service, and were very helpful with directions and recommendations.

i found the room layout somewhat unconventional.. the bathroom's semi-transparent shower lacked privacy.

The location is close to the train station , about 7 minutes walking. The staff are helpful and supportive.

The semi-transparent bathroom door is surprising if you share the room with a friend you are not close to.

warm room strange design

The room was too warm. I couldn't adjust the temperature and found it hard to sleep. The design of the room was also strange with the sink right next to the bed. the breakfast cost too much.

excellent location helpful staff decent gym additional charge translucent partition poor design

The location was EXCELLENT. The hotel is in a quiet, accessible area (Grancy). I found great amenities nearby. A good boulangerie, cafe, and supermarket. The staff were ALWAYS helpful and friendly. The WiFi worked well, and the gym was decent.

I was surprised by an additional charge for my child's breakfast. I booked a room explicitly including breakfast, BUT was told it wasn't included for my child. The room's design was also an issue. A translucent partition separated the toilet and shower. Not acceptable. The sliding partition didn't close fully (which added to the lack of privacy).
